    The Cylinder arrived and luckily appears undamaged as apparently it had been dropped a few times tearing the through the box and leaving red dirt inside the originally sealed plastic bag around the Cylinder. I doubt UPS would accept a damaged box for delivery, so the only negative is how the packaging should be improved to better protect the Cylinder from poor handling by a freight company.
