Seller was very responsive to multiple chases and very polite and helpful so would use again but would know the delivery may not be as quick as claimed.

I had the parcel sent to a friend..... unfortunately the box it was sent in said 'Laura Ashley kettle' on it..... Knowing I had ordered a chainsaw, she nearly didn't accept it. After some fraught messages to me, I told her to open it and lo and behold it was the chainsaw!! It's a pity that someone in the despatch department didn't cross out the contents description. It would have saved a lot of hassle.
