••••••••AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE•••••••I've messaged this seller to request a refund and to return my order, when he did respond, he was dismissive and abrupt and basically was completely disinterested.I ordered a phone case, what I received was not designed for my phone, the front screen did not fit flush against the screen which made using the keys difficult & mottled. First 2 photos is what I received, second 2 photos is what I should have received. !!!Absolutely atrocious!!!

You were offered a free return on this, which you have not done. You can't complain when you have NOT done your bit of returning which is FREE of charge for you. (Just as a side note not even one buyer has ever had this issue that your describing however, we still allowed for return)
