As I stated previously, the experience was negative because I received an email stating that the package was delivered. It was almost 4 days after receiving that email that the package was actually in my hands. This has nothing to do with the vendor/seller as they were very communicative with me through the entire process. I will purchase from that vendor again because of his communications. Perhaps Ebay needs to revise their reporting policy on what is delivered and what isn t.
