it has great features for a phone for the hard of hearing and the very deaf like myself so thanks for your phone
ideal phone for the very deaf i choose this one because it has got a power plug amplifier on the phone as well as the telephone line amplifier

Not suitable for me.
The product itself isn't too bad, just not suitable for my severe hearing impairment. It is either extremely loud (even for me) or not at all loud. There should be a mid way solution and it is not clear at all because of the high volume. There is a background noise there all of the time making it difficult to hear the person at the other end. Manufacturers should be aware that just loudness is not enough, there has to be clarity as well.
