What the buyer isn’t mentioning is the fact he was also claiming through Royal Mail after I accepted the return. I explained that I would refund the item and I’d claim for the damage through Royal Mail but once I pointed out that Royal Mail would pay £20 and he could probably sell it even with the damage and make more money, he decided to cancel the claim. I have proof of this conversation in messages. Also customer was very reluctant to send me pics aswell as whether he had made a claim.
