    Great for easing back pain

    I am replacing one that gave me long and good service. has been a boon,I can take it in the car and it will stay quite warm if covered while I go to the shops etc much better than those with seeds. the only thing I would like is if it was oblong not square.

    These are amazing replacements for the Hotties centres. I use mine every day so it takes a lot of microwaving, and I generally get 2-3 years of use from each pack. Reliable & comfortable, they hold their heat for many hours. Great value and great service.

    Convenient way to apply heat to your aches and pains.

    These hotties are a wonderful way of applying heat to an area of your body where you have pain . Will last a long time if it is heated correctly in your microwave. Safer than the hot water bottle as the hottie cannot leak Boiled water on to you. Many designs and colours of covers are sold separately.

    Heat without Fuss

    I have used these products for years with their covers and would highly recommended them just pop in the microwave and you have lovely warmth and no chance of scalding yourself which is one of the problems of using boiling water in a conventional bottle
