First it took a reminder from myself for the item to be ordered, then sent wrong item, a cheaper option, said I could return it for a refund, but the return label is yet to arrive. It seems from other buyers feedback, this isn't the first time with this item, both this seller and their supplier (Amazon) are still showing stock. wouldn't even consider a partial refund.
