The derailleur is exactly as described and arrived in factory Shimano packaging. Shipping took about 4 days. This was the 2nd item I ordered from 365 Cycles in a week and both items arrived in pristine brand new condition. I've included a pic of the derailleur and cassette installed, both were purchased from this seller. FYI the copper clutch housing on the derailleur was done by me.
