Great product!!
This product was fairly hard to stir but once done it went on and brushed out easily. It recommends two coats, the second after 24 hours and this coat went on much easier. As long as you wear gloves which they supply and use their recommended brush cleaner this product is a must if you have a leaking flat roof.

Great item,make sure everything is dry try not to use it if Rain forecast in the next 24 hours were heavy gloves and overalls,make sure it's well Stirred otherwise it will be lumpy in the bottom of the tin great price .Enjoy and Good Luck.

Just very good roof sealer.
It is best brushed after the primer has been applied, and a delay of two hours between primer and rubber coat, warm weather helps to you can pour it from the can. do not use a large brush the best size i found was a 3" it does take time to apply. you then need to leave it for a few days before laying stone chippings on the top if required.

I use it on Shed of the year 2013!
This paint keeps the rain out of my award winning shed and the Boatel next door! Both structures are 750ft above sea level up a mountain in Wales where hoizontal rain can penetrate easily. This paint expands and contracts with the structures and does not split. Highly recommended

This is the most expensive roofing product but well worth the money.Sadly it is very hard to get these days and not sure if it is still produced so get it whilst you can!!!
