    Quick delivery but poorly packaged. If I was sending something like a Freeview recording box, the item would be securely packaged wrapped in bubble wrap and secured inside a box. This Freeview box was wrapped in bubble wrap but was packaged within a grey plastic bag. Yes it was marked FRAGILE but the item could still have been easily damaged. Also, the leaflet enclosed stated what should come with the recrder but apart from a mains lead, actual connection leads were missing.

    I've had the Boze Wave for a week now, and it is brilliant. Really impressed by the seller, who was really helpful about the 'extras' and the player itself. Superbly packed and very quick delivery, I've nothing but praise for them. The Ipod attachment works superbly, and I can now listen to my full complement of CD's again. The hero is the CD player which excels in everything from Pink Floyd to Elbow to Rachmaninov. Fabulous sound. Still to set up the DAB radio, but that's a luxury. Thank you.
