No instructions or fixings for the glass to side channels but reasonably easy to fathom out, when fitting the tray you need to leave extra space if your tiles or panels are over 5mm or the side panel mounting foot will overhang on the corner, not a big issue but worth noting. Quality is otherwise very good and works as it should.

Very poor service and goods. It arrived with no instructions and a missing part. They refused to supply a phone number so I was forced to message via Ebay. They insisted I photograph all parts before supplying the part. Eventually, after an entire afternoon of emails back and forth they offered to send the part in 5 days time. Completely unacceptable service and poor quality item. Buyer beware.

We like the tap, which seems good quality, but the experience with the seller was abysmal. Tap bought with a sink. Delivered really late and then to someone else! Packaging wrecked. Seller wasted a lot of my time as I tried to chase up what I had bought. Seller tends to try to pass the buck to delivery firm that they chose (who I could not contact) and I had to message seller 13 times. Ludicrously slow and bad service.

I have ordered this item. I made a mistake an ordered the size that was about 2 cm too big. I have contacted Durovin, received immediately an email, stating that I need to return the item. Once the item returned on the same day they have issued my refund. I was very impressed with the customer service and the speed of service. I will definitely buy from Durovin again.
