Sent me running boards that were clearly not the ones pictured. Said I was lying . Offered me $70 refund on a $900 set of boards. The boards are badly dented . I installed the boards based on his good rating figuring he would adjust price fairly . I contacted him immediately after receiving. Sent multiple photos showing the damage . Dishonest seller that uses pristine stock for advertising then sends beat up junk. Items were very well packaged clarifying damage was not from shipping.

Buyer mounted parts and later started to complain about damage. Part was on his car already... Why would you mount the damaged part???? We offered a fully refundable free return later. But for some reason the buyer did not want to... he wanted to keep parts and get 500$ refund. sounds very suspicious, pretty much like online fraud.

Boards and motors came in with no damage. Only thing on them was some dirt and grime but nothing that can’t be quickly taken care of. The boards came wrapped up in packing foam sheets and Saran Wrap. I’m looking forward to adding these to my 2022 superduty!

Was kinda nervous because of some negative comments i seen but took a chance and don't regret it one bit. Got the kit and even tho there's no directions, i managed put it together piece but piece and it fits!!! Probably better than my oem one. Took me a couple hours but came out great. Shipping was pretty fast. It shipped Monday and got here the next day. Seller is A1. Communicated from the start to let me know how it would be shipped. I do not recommend buying multiple parts or package deal. I received 3 parts instead of 10 and missing a second order.
According to customer service everything comes in one box and as long as it showed delivered they can’t do nothing about it. So here I am going to the dealer which I should of done from the beginning.
I might blame transportation company for missing order. But will definitely blame seller for the missing parts that was supposed to be 10 peace’s & not only 3 peace’s.
