    Item arrived not as described (profuse damage). I declined this Seller's partial refund offer and opted for an eBay Return Request. Despite the detailed photos I provided as proof at the time of delivery, she sent multiple hateful eBay messages in which she called me an expletive name and accused me of causing all the (moth holes) damage immediately upon delivery of the scarf. - Seller was willing to acknowledge the existing damage, only if I accepted her partial refund.
