Outstanding Customer Service from Distinctive Trading. The first heater arrived and was damaged and after a few e-mail exchanges over a couple of days a returns label was sent and the heater returned to the supplier.
As promised (by Simon) a repacement heater was sent out the same day and received on Saturday (27th January), it is now up and running and doing the job fantastically.
