    Creme Brule

    Crispy topped dessert in under a minute!! Beats the 15 minutes under a pre-heated grill the card retainer said it required. Seen chefs use them on TV but if I had know just how efficient the device is I'd have got one years ago. Off to hunt things down in flat of edible nature to see what else it can cook at high temperature
