Some back and forth with seller...item not in stock, free upgrade to 18u from 15u but had to point out 18u was £1 more. Told it was priced wrongly on ebay... that said item came next day, box a bit battered up from dpd but item in excellent condition and very pleased.

Called to say item wasnt in stock, offered me a downgraded 12U, wouldn't reduce the price to what the 12U was listed at.
Description and photos don't match. Seller didn't like me asking questions. Was unable to answer, rudely stated he wanted to cancel as I didn't have a good concept of Racks.
I mentioned other neg feedback stating damaged items and he said he will just cancel the order as he didn't want to deal with the aftersales if item arrived damaged or not as described. Cancelled my order.
