IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE:
THE PRODUCTS
a. All items are 100% genuine Decleor products and have been purchased from Decleor UK.
b. Items are sold unopened, unused and brand new.
c. Please note that the full capacity of each bottle/tube/jar is much more than the stated size, so PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE FULL - there has to be air gap.
d. Unboxed items – the reasons why:
i. Not all products are boxed by the manufacturer (for example 200ml, 250ml and 400ml bottles/tubes)
ii. Sample and Travel sizes are not boxed by the manufacturer
iii. If product was originally part of a boxed set and has been split for sale on ebay – the condition of these items will be listed as “New other” because they are not boxed. The product is still unopened, unused and brand new.
If this is a problem for you, please do not purchase without emailing me for clarification.
e. Unsealed items: unfortunately, not all products are factory sealed by the manufacturer. If a product is factory sealed or if a box is cellophane wrapped by the manufacturer this will be classed as “Sealed”. Returns are only accepted on items which are factory sealed.
f. Expiry Dates: Decleor do not put expiry dates on their products, but their products have a factory reference code, with the exception of 1ml sample sizes, which identifies when it was produced.
PURCHASE
g. Purchase is by Paypal Only and immediate payment is required.
DELIVERY
h. Please note that ebays delivery timescale is estimated and cannot be guaranteed when sent by Royal Mail Signed For. Whilst Royal Mail attempt to delivery items sent by 1st Class Signed For this is not guaranteed. If you require a guaranteed one day delivery please choose the Express Delivery option in the postage section when making your purchase and your item will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery which will be delivered by 1pm.
i. Goods are posted within 1 working day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) of purchase. I will endeavour (but cannot guarantee) to post all items purchased by 12 noon the same day. If you have not received your item within 4 working days, please email me and I will track it for you. Please do not rely upon Royal Mail to leave a card and they only hold items for approximately 15 days after attempted delivery, before being returned to sender.
j. A signature will be required upon delivery.
k. Delivery of all goods is via First Class Signed For, unless otherwise stated or where the value of items purchased warrants combining goods for Special Delivery (at the seller’s discretion).
l. Should the goods be returned to sender for whatever reason, the postage cost of resending the item(s) must be paid before goods are dispatched again. Goods can only be resent once the item has been received by the sender and the postage cost to resend the item has been paid.
m. Cancellation of the order after the purchased item has been posted will result in the buyer being blocked from purchasing from me again due to postage costs I have incurred. Whilst my listings are offered for sale with free postage to the buyer this is still a cost that I, the seller, incur.
n. Insurance is only included where goods are sent by Special Delivery.
RETURNS
o. Please read my Returns Policy below. Please note that returns are accepted on FACTORY SEALED items ONLY. Whether an item is factory sealed is clearly stated in the listing description.
RETURN POLICY - FOR FACTORY SEALED ITEMS ONLY
1. For Hygiene reasons, as beauty items are perishable & can be contaminated, they don't come under the Distance Selling Regulations cooling off period, UNLESS the item is FACTORY SEALED (please see IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE, “e” within the Listing Description).
2. If an item is factory sealed, it will be stated as being so within the Item Description heading. Unfortunately, not all beauty companies seal their products.
3. For items that do come with a factory seal that have been bought at buy-it-now price, you have 30 days (starting from the day after the item was delivered) to cancel your order. This must be done through the ebay message system.
4. Please contact me by a message through ebay, within 30 days, stating that you are giving notice to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations cooling off period. Please make sure you correspond via the ebay message system, as emails send direct to my email address are likely to go to the spam folder rather than my inbox.
5. I will then message you a Returns Number through ebay and will give you the address to which the item is to be returned. Returns will not be accepted unless you contact me in writing first and have been issued a Returns Number.
6. All items returned are at the Buyer’s expense and the factory seal must still be intact.
7. When returning the goods, please do so in original packaging and clearly mark the front of the outside packaging with your Returns Number. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to ensure the goods are returned to us safely and we advise that you send via a signed for service as refunds cannot be made when goods are not received or arrive damaged.
