The unit arrived well packaged and not too bad to build up. However was issue with lights and front door. Contacted seller who’s customer service was excellent and replied within 24 hours. Sent out a 2nd unit and did not want faulty unit returned. Second unit arrived very quickly and all seems ok, but not yet built.
Customer services is second to none, and very helpful. Will let them know when second unit has been built.

So in love with this Bed, it's brilliant my twin girls love it too! Initially I was worried when only 2 of the 3 boxes turned up, however was reassured after I messaged to ask! & was told the 3rd box was arriving on a different day. Relatively fast delivery! All as described! 2 of us assembled the bed in 2 hours the fiddley bit was the draws/steps! Thank you so much.
