    Use of filters

    I purchased my ProCare humidifier several years ago. It is great to reduce the static electricity in your home, works great for my living room area. The filters are much cheaper to purchase on Ebay than thru the manufacturer. I highly recommend these filters to anyone.

    Humidifier is fine but filters dry out & harden too quickly

    I like the humidifier itself as it is small and the tank lifts off easily to be refilled. It does run out of water rather quickly, even on the lower of the 2 settings. I find myself refilling the tank every 24-36 hours. It isn't loud, per say, but I do find myself turning the volume on my music or TV up just a bit when it is on the higher setting. The filter system is not so great. The filter is to be saturated in water prior to putting it into the base, which I do. However, every time I remove the tank to refill it I can see the top of the filter is brown, dry and hard, even a day after putting a new one in. Gravity simply won't allow it to stay moist. I have to completely re-saturate the filter every time I refill the tank otherwise it becomes completely brown and dry within ...

    Came in the right box, but filter is not like the original one I had before for this humidifier. Looks as if it has been cut from a bigger filter, and is thin not thick like my other one. Disappointed.

    Fits great

    Received in good condition. It fits my machine great. I do think it should be sold In multi pkgs and not so expensive for one single filter that has be be replaced so often. Or washable filter.
