Never received the order. I waited for ten days for shipment to be sent, but when that didn't happen I contacted the seller. After waiting for two days for reply I had to go through go back and forth with seller who in the end assured me that the book will be sent in two days. Never happened, never received any shipping information and book never arrived.
It appears others had similar experience in the last year or so.

Pros - polite communication, low prices, generous discount offered for damaged book.
Cons - very slow communication which tends to be generic and promises much but delivers little, heavy book was sent in a jiffy bag and arrived damaged, had to get Ebay involved to action the promised partial refund.
Summary - 'pile it high and sell it cheap' organisation which is unable to provide efficient customer service and makes the mistake of not packaging books correctly. Will not buy from them again.

Happy with item , communication with seller and price . some feedback for buyers and seller ,item came in a thin single layer bubble wrap envelope when it is a heavy ,easily damageable item , lucky it was intact and undamaged , and second item came faster than date once purchased but was listed at 3-5 days which wasn't exactly accurate
