My 2 items were packaged very well and combined for shipping and it came to HK once and somehow it didn't reach me, and was returned to N.Y. and I contacted seller to have it sent to my university address and it was sent and the package was well eceived without any problems. The first print I received was damaged during shipping (in no way the sender’s fault), and the merchant quickly sent a replacement and a return shipping label. The second print arrived in great condition.
