Iron was delivered on the date stated which was great. I have used it twice and its a brilliant iron. The only thing is when I unboxed it the iron was in a box, with padding and then the iron itself was in a plastic wrapping. However inside the bag the iron was wet? Not sure if water had been left in the chamber when they tested it but no damage just something the seller should know in case it got into the electrics etc. Very happy with the purchase

It’s a shame this seller uses Evri for delivery because they missed the delivery estimation by two days and didn’t follow my leave safe instructions. If I were a less honest person, an opportunity was created by the courier because they left the parcel on the steps to my flat, in full view of passers by. That being said, the item was well packaged and exactly as described, we just all need to stop using Evri because they are the worst.
