I don't leave negative feedback lightly, and have been a Ebay member for 20 years, with hundreds of items sold and 100% feedback. This seller marked this item as "new other", and I asked if there were scratches on the sunglasses. Seller stated no scratches. Upon unboxing, I found scratched lenses and used ripped case as pictured. I asked for a very modest partial refund since they were clearly used. Seller was rude and said they didn't see scratches and don't do refunds. Misled me as a customer.

You very clearly did not read the listing as it stated "like new". You also asked if there were any scratches to which I replied there were not that I had seen. Then you send me a photo 2 days after receiving the item that one of the lenses is scratched. That seems off to me. You also tried getting me to send you a partial refund when all of my listings clearly state from the beginning no refunds are offered. Hopefully in the future you read more closely before leaving false negative feedback.
