    Package arrived open inside of the shipping package. Seller trying to say we cut it open. Photos show wax residue over the entire outside of the package bag. That says it was open in transit. Seller refusing to replace/refund. Seller also saying I admitted to cutting bag open. That is flat out lie! We opened top of bag, package is opened at entire side seam. I have a video also but it won't load.

    Buyer accused us of shipping a busted bag. We have been in business since 2017, all of our bags are weighed, packaged, heat sealed PER order. Their message: Th damage was caused by your company. As I said there was no damage to the usps bag. The bag that the product we in was opened on the vertical side. Our cut was made across the top of the usps bag. Further more, the product was loose at the bottom of the usps bag. Clearly states they CUT it open.
