About this product

Product Information

Earning dedicated fans with his Cartoon Network series, Genndy Tartakovsky's stylized, sword-wielding hero comes to consoles for the first time in this fighting adventure, which finds Samurai Jack conquering two dozen mission levels in four realms of action. Before he's through, he'll face off against Aku, Mad Jack, The Scotsman, and other arch-enemies familiar to fans of the show. To provide a sense of the hero's expertise with his blade, players can perform over 25 "signature" moves, designed to animate fluidly from one to the next no matter what the combo. A "Sakai" mode slows down the action, allowing for precise, deadly attacks. The hero can also make use of Shurikens and a bow and arrow, when the situation calls for a bit of distance. In addition to the battles, Jack is faced with puzzle-solving challenges, in which the game's interactive environments play a big role. Developers at Amaze Entertainment worked with the animated series' creators to produce a look that matches the show's animation style.

Item seems to function fine, although the rear of the disc had far more issues than the description implied. Shipping was speedy, and well packaged. Good for the price.

Item arrived unbroken and as pictured in the listing. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. So glad that I could find someone who had this for such a good price. It's a fantastic documentary and I'm super stoked to have it.

  • Great Game

I bought this game as a Christmas gift for my son. I had been looking awhile for it, since it was no longer sold in any area stores. The game is great. I played it a bit and it has a good storyline holding true to the cartoon series. Yes, I used to watch it with my son when it was on TV. He was not expecting it at all and loves playing it. The effects and sound match the series word for word. Also it challenges the player not just with mazes, but puzzles and decisions that affect later game missions. All in all, it is a great purchase.

  • samurai jack rules

samurai jack is all about unclogging toilets caused by a big fat blue mouse named aku, who loves filling the toilets with nasty taste brown and smelly ice-cream and you have to clean up the ice cream toilets while an evil samurai throws monkeys at you and yells at you in french but that not the end of your troubles if you take too long to clean the toilets the ground become a big pile of rot eggs that the evil samurai's monkeys start throwing at you while you play jacks. yes that's right it all about playing jacks while monkey play jazz music. have fun
