DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I was told I was being sold a brand new painting. It arrived with a big gash across it and whatever made the cut also chipped a chunk of paint off the women in the painting's shoulder. The seller said this was "antiquing" — part of the design. Amazing! He will not lift a finger to do anything and has been very rude the entire time, even accusing my of trying to "extort" him for asking to return the painting. I'm now left with this painting that I can't do much with.

This is a new painting that was antiqued to make it look old .
It was listed correctly and non returnable . The buyer contacted me 3.5 weeks after receiving wanting me to send her a prepaid box to return the item . She said she just opened it altho she didnt have the box to return the item .
