Bad seller stated something as brand new with tags upon receiving it has stains used. No tags and ripped pieces on sleeves. Look at pictures tells me I have to wait to go to the process to take the return back not good at all friend did not wanna leave feedback like this with no one but this one deserves it

As I stated previously, this is a thrift & consignment store. I clearly photographed the product and it was priced at a point that I would think hopefully someone would be able to assume it is not new, but some are not as adept as others. I, however, acknowledged the condition description error and offered a replacement item or a return and you decided on a return which has since been successfully initiated. Not sure what else you would have expected from me in this scenario.
