The item was new and in pristine condition according to pictures, and messaging.Thru no fault of the seller my product did not arrive, the tracking stated it had been delivered, when ebay investigated the delivery service admitted that they had lost the package in transit. I was given a refund within 24hours. I had hoped the delivery company would have found the it I would definitely purchase from this seller again,
