Ordered two of these, the seller was listing as 'Refurbished - Excellent condition', the seller also lists the same model for considerably less money as 'Refurbished - Good'. One of the items I received was indeed in excellent, unmarked condition, almost as good as new. The other had more than 10 imperfections, marks and scratches on the lid, underside and back edge in both the plastic and aluminium finish including a sizeable 7mm gouge in the chassis, really not up to scratch, pardon the pun.

I ordered this item after a 20% off offer from the seller through eBay messaging. They took payment, shipped item and sent tracking details. About 36 hours later I got a message to say that the seller wanted to cancel the order as there was a problem with their listing. The listing remained the same for the next week, but the seller recalled my parcel from DPD. I received a refund after a few days. The seller had also marked it as 'buyer requested cancellation' which was simply untrue.
