When the Willow Tree figure arrived it was obvious it was not genuine Willow Tree and did not carry the base trademark or have an authentic box. The listing did carry pictures of genuine Willow Tree. So, after several messages, and speaking to Ebay I was refunded the full amount. Good communications. I believe the seller have now removed their Willow Tree items from sale.
