  • Train - Train (CD 1998)

Very often a musical groups first offering is their finest. This may just be the case with this excellent album from some extremely talented musicians. Although I became familiar with the "Drops of Jupiter" collection first,(OUTSTANDING!!), I was blown away with this CD. It is worth DOUBLE what anyone may wind up paying for it! If you want to hear some GREAT music from some guys who aren't afraid to use their brains in writing & playing, then I strongly suggest purchasing a copy of TRAINS first CD (1998) and adding it to your collection. KEEP ON ROCKIN'!!!! ------Rod Lent

  • Great album, great band.

I am a hardcore Train fan. I fell in love with Drops of Jupiter when it was new, and Save Me, San Francisco is my favorite album of all time. I recently watched Behind The Music, where they show us Train's story and all the struggle and pain. This album definitely shows that. IF this were any other band I would say the songs aren't really my style, but because it's Train I can really feel the raw emotion in these songs. Great album, great singles, great artwork... I love it. 5/5 for sure.

  • Pretty good

I liked the cd, Train has a few good songs on it. A lot sounds the same, but so what. Enjoy the rock vibe with a southern edge, folks.
