The seller replied confirming the had, and had sent me a refund but unbelievably sent out the goods to me. When I received them, I contacted the seller. Not really knowing how to send them back, they said to give them a date so they could call and collect them. In the end they said they would not do this and told me to keep the goods 😑

Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.
