Item as described. The laptop was setup for a new windows install which was nice and saves a lot of time. BIOS was not locked so I can install Linux without fuss. Was not overly gross when it arrived, though I did wipe it down and blow out the dirt from under the keycaps. Came with a new charge (still with plastic wrap) which exceeded my expectations.
