    I had long ago given up on ever again eating carrot cake, and then this item came along. It is a well-made, even well-crafted, cake, with several complementary flavors in the cake, with a mellow cream cheese frosting. This is special work and well-worth the price. And the cake isn't a chincey-little-thing, either, but a big, robust cake. One warning: It needs to be put in your freezer for a few hours after arriving, so save some space for it. I'm diabetic but had no negative reactions.
