Buyer was offered to return the cookies for a refund or use the shipping insurance due to the damage on the box that occurred during shipping. Damaged cookies were claimed but never shown and sent proof of. Damage of the shipping box was not within sellers control. Buyer ignored all offers of support in this matter and chose to keep damaged cookies that were never shown or proven as damaged.
