I did contact the seller because when the pens arrived the spoon was smashed because of inadequate wrapping. They spent 12 days offering me partial refunds when all I needed was a replacement spoon. Don't know if these pens work when you use the ceramic spoon which I ordered as didn't get chance to try but tried using other materials and the pen just does not come off as advertised so they're useless. Customer service is awful so don't bother.
