He got MY package (and I did NOT think it was "junk") and I got his. He immediately left negative feedback before I even received HIS package and could mail it back. He never even gave her a chance to make it right. We both ended up with our items and MINE is GREAT! Mistakes happen - she's new to selling! A+++++
