Mats arrived safely, but we're wrapped so tightly in excessive amounts of single-use plastic sheeting, that I accidentally cut the edge of one of the mats, trying to open the package. It was impossible to open it any other way! Slightly looser packaging, & less reliance on environmentally damaging plastics, & I would have rated this a positive experience.

Arrived with large water damaged stain cost £40. Photo s sent to seller who Offered a £7 discount, then a 50% one. Kept telling seller I wanted an undamaged mat. Said he would refund but I eventually put in a formal request to E Bay who refunded me. Would not deal with this seller again.
