    Merullo is an insightful writer

    Roland Merullo is one of the most insightful writers I have ever read. He has a remarkable grasp on human nature and uses metaphor more poignantly than perhaps anyone I've read. I wouldn't call this book a "light read." It is thought-provoking and sentimental and I found myself marking pages to go back to re-read. If I were a writer, THIS is how I'd like to conduct my craft!
