Chair arrived in 2 boxes not unpacked yet s don't know condition of goods yet. Arrived quickly and communication with seller great. Delivery driver was a very unhelpful and surly mannered jobsworth who refused to put boxes into hallway forcing my wife who has arthritis to roll the boxes into the house as I am disabled I had to let her do it. But otherwise a great transaction.
