Purchased popcorn machine. Seller described item as new. It was not. It was clearly used. 'cleaned' up and some parts wrapped in clingfilm and no original box. I messaged seller about this and got no response whatsoever. Fortunately, ebay rules meant item could be returned for a full refund. I would not buy from this seller again.
