Item arrived damaged and the backboard didn’t even line up for the screw fixing holes ( see photos) They must have known this as the package was resealed and a ticked check list in pencil was inside, contacted them and they just hid behind the smoke screen ‘ new other’. Yes new other was on the listing but not the obvious damage; who in their right mind is going to buy this if the damage was pointed out? It’s not rocket science is it. Wouldn’t trust this company again this is a blatant omission.

Brought due to the photos ( it shows a shade) received lamp and no shade. All photos show a shade, even measures the shade . The lamp is great . A sticker on the BOX says " no shade" how can I read the box before I received the box?? Contacted seller and I was asked for photos of labels ( that I removed off box, to recycle to cardboard box) . Brilliant lamp just a bit pissed about the shade , but no issue with the actual lamp
