Item did not arrive on time so had to purchase alternative gift elsewhere. I used the wax melts myself as got nowhere (a rude response and then ignored) when contacting the seller about the item being late. Item was well made and packaged, scent was overpowering though and packaging label looks cheap.

i didnt receive a message to reply to nor did i receive a message asking if i can dispatched sooner then the dispatch time due to it been a gift also i have options for postage u choose your delivery service like every customer what comes to my shop they get to choose theres,i also advise on listing that the scent is v.strong as i like to give customers value for money and its in guideline to f\o loads.as for packaging labels thats just an insult as i like to keep all my packaging eco friendly.

Item was for a leaving present was dispatched 3 days late and still didn’t arrive. Tracking number was only showing for when it’s delivered so useless really. messaged seller 3/4 times. Ignored all messages. Now I’m left with no present. Thanks for your awful service.

you placed your order on the 17th march i handmade your product and dispatched it on the 19th march,not sure were you get 3 days late dispatch from??
