This charge is on top of the £14 odd postage charge and wasn’t made clear in the add the box was damaged on arrival but all the parts seem to be there. Can’t say looking at the engineering that’s gone into the bike rack that I’m over impressed ! I was also underwhelmed by the response of the company when I contacted them about both the damage box and the customs charge !
