Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.

All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.

Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Very nice little combination oven

    This does everything I wanted it too and more ( 2 x different crispy frying settings?!) and is relatively easy to learn to use if you've had one of these before. It's already got some staining on the interior back wall from coming bacon that won't come off with a quick wipe so I guess I should consult the book of words to see what it says. My one bit of feedback to thre manufacturers is that having made a fold-down door (one of the big reasons a went for this model along with price), couldn't you have made it si thre handle rests on the worktop? As it is it doesn't quite reach, so when open the handle hovers a cm or so above the worktop, creating a risk of the hinges getting bent if e.g. a dish was left to rest on it. Which would clearly not be a wise thing to do and I'm not going to do ...

    Brilliant micrwave

    Great machine looks great easy to use even hubby has learnt to use it. I can highly recommend this microwave it is big enough to cook a meal in if using as an oven. Grill is also useful to use. Hope you find my report on it useful x

    excellent for the kitchen

    this oven is good all rounder far cheaper to run than my main cooker thats why i wanted an oven like this control settings take abit of getting used to but know i have cracked it go easy on the full power go for setting like 50 to 80% and cook for longer
