La scheda inviata al cliente è corretta, non sono così stupida da inviare un ricambio per un altro per poi farmi mettere un feedback negativo. Ho anche messo a disposizione un tecnico secondo il quale il guasto non dipendeva dalla scheda ma da altro. Non accetto il reso proprio a garanzia degli acquirenti che devono essere sicuri di ricevere un ricambio nuovo e mai montato, certamente se sbaglio provvedo e risolvo come dimostrano tutti i feedback positivi ricevuti.
