    Wolfgang Puck CookBook 1986

    The cookbook is still current today. It goes from introduction to the kitchen tools and pans. Then goes to the basic sauces amd gravies. After you've been exposed to this, then the recipes. Some very basic recipes which will make a new person to the kitchen feel comfortabe after a few dishes of sucess and phrase. Recommended for new and old.

    Wolfgang Puck Cookbook 1986

    I bought the cookbook because it is signed by Mr. Puck. I collect signed cookbooks. I really don't like the cookbook as a whole because the ingredients to cook most of the recipes are very exotic and expensive. They are also very time consuming. I much prefer Rachel Ray or Paula Dean.

    Compre este libro ya que mami cocina y estudia chef. La maestra le asigno dar una presentacion de este Chef y pense que como parte de la presentacion era excelente idea llevar sus libros. Este chef es asombroso lei su historia... ejemplo de sueracion!
