Item arrived damaged. Arranged a replacement. All great. Replacement great. Tried to arrange collection of the damaged unit. Seller saying repeatedly to keep or dispose of the item myself. Bearing in mind this is a large item and I am disabled disposing of the item myself is impossible. No member of my family is either capable of fixing the unit, nor has space for it in their homes in any event. Their literature says no problem with returns but this is not my experience.
