Avoid this seller -They use EVRI for delivery. three changes to delivery time slot in one day. Parcel eventually arrives at 7pm, photos used proving delivery showing someone else's door and a totally different package. Items delivered taped together with no additional packaging. Address label stuck straight onto the actual items box, both bought as gifts so surprise element also gone. Come on sellers and eBay get a grip of EVRI. Sellers response we send out all items like that ok ok, be ok ok

Item arrived box was cleary damaged and taped up previously when opened found the barbque to the very cleary scratched and damaged contacted seller would only offer partial refund of £6.00 them increasing to £10.00 although stated that it was purchased as a gift seller kept replying that it was still usefull had to get ebay involved to claim money back since have bought the same barbque from another seller and everything is fine STEER CLEAR!

Item arrived damaged and seller keeper asking for loads off info basically avoiding the issue. I managed to fix it myself and gave up with the seller. Shame because the item if not damaged is good value.
